REVEALED: Arsenal total prize winnings in 2024/25

Despite falling short in every competition last season, Arsenal have received one of Europe’s largest payouts across all competitions.

Mikel Arteta’s side had an arguably poor season on the pitch for their own standards, but it still led to the club’s most successful financial campaign under the full ownership of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE).

The Gunners are preparing for an important summer transfer window, and with the signing of Real Sociedad midfielder, Martin Zubimendi, internally viewed as complete, the club are now targeting attacking reinforcements in a bid to improve their title chances.

Despite reaching the semi-final of the Carabao Cup, numerous reports reveal Arsenal will not even gain six figures from the competition, while their FA Cup third round defeat to Manchester United saw them gain approximately just £25,000.

While receiving a low income for their involvement in the domestic cup tournaments, the club raked in staggering amounts for their involvement in the two larger competitions.

The Gunners were beaten to the Premier League title for a third consecutive year, this time by Liverpool, who enjoyed a successful opener to Arne Slot’s tenure.

According to The Athletic, for their league campaign, Arsenal are entitled to a staggering £177.8million, with the winners only receiving an additional £3.7million.

While most of their money came through even distribution and the reward for their place, the Gunners added £25.3million to their final cheque thanks to being involved in 29 live broadcasted games in the UK.

Arsenal received an even larger sum through the UEFA Champions League, a competition they will be returning to next campaign.

The side was the longest English club to remain in the competition, but they were eventually eliminated to Paris Saint-Germain after a 3-1 defeat on aggregate in the semi-final.

It was the first time the Gunners found themselves one step away from the final since 2009, when they were humiliated by domestic rivals, Manchester United.

For this feat, UEFA awarded Arsenal with €117million, according to Football Meets Data, which equates to just shy of £100million.

It is the third highest of every team from a UEFA competition, only behind the two finalists of Europe’s elite. This sees them gain more than their domestic rivals that lifted silverware, beating Tottenham Hotspur by €71.6million, and Chelsea by €95million.

In total, Arsenal received close to £276.2million due to their participation in numerous competitions this season, and fans will be hoping that this will be used to reinvest on the pitch ahead of an important campaign.
