Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has moved to shut down speculation linking him with a potential Arsenal transfer, declaring his complete satisfaction with life in Paris.
The Georgian winger, who joined PSG from Napoli for £59million in January 2025, has been the subject of recent transfer rumors connecting him with the Gunners as they look to strengthen their left-wing options.

Kvaratskhelia’s Love Affair with Paris
“Paris, for me, is truly incredible. You have everything here, and on top of that, it’s the city of love,” Kvaratskhelia explained. “When PSG called me, I think my wife was the happiest person in the world.”
The skillful attacker, widely regarded as one of the best ball manipulators in world football, revealed how his wife had always dreamed of living in the French capital.
“Before PSG contacted me, she always said, ‘Imagine if we played for PSG one day, it would be incredible to live there.’ I would reply, ‘Yes, of course.’ But in my mind, I thought it was very difficult to go there when there were such amazing players like Messi, Neymar and Mbappe.”
The Georgian international praised the respectful nature of Parisians and described the capital as “the best city to stroll around in with your wife.”
Arsenal’s Summer Plans
Arsenal are expected to be active in the summer transfer window as they look to add depth to their attacking options, particularly on the left flank. However, Kvaratskhelia’s comments suggest Mikel Arteta and sporting director Andrea Berta will need to look elsewhere.
The north London side had also been linked with PSG teammate Bradley Barcola, but the French club are reportedly working on a new contract for the 23-year-old, whose current deal runs until 2028.
Both players have been integral to Luis Enrique’s plans this season, combining for 19 goals between them, with Kvaratskhelia contributing nine and Barcola adding ten.
PSG’s determination to keep their star assets reflects their ambitions to become the world’s premier club side, with Kvaratskhelia clearly viewed as a cornerstone of that project. Arsenal will need to identify alternative targets as they prepare for what promises to be a busy summer transfer window.
