Two European giants eyeing Arsenal winger yet to start in the league

Noni Madueke is reportedly on the radar of Atletico Madrid and Juventus, despite the 24-year-old not starting a single Premier League match for Arsenal this season.
According to football.london, the two European clubs are monitoring the winger's situation and could look to capitalise on his lack of minutes under Mikel Arteta, with a potential cut-price move explored when the January window opens.

Madueke has been putting in extra work at Colney after missing out on Thomas Tuchel's England squad for the Nations League. The Barnet-born forward made 16 Premier League starts in the 2025/26 campaign, but the current season has been a different story.
A route back into the side
He is not alone in that regard. Viktor Gyokeres is also among the first-team members yet to start a Premier League fixture for the Gunners this term.
That picture could shift quickly, though. Christos Tzolis picked up a hamstring injury while on international duty with Greece, and the length of his absence remains unclear.
With options on the left flank thin behind Tzolis — Eberechi Eze is better suited to operating in the pocket — Arteta may turn to Madueke to fill the gap. For that reason, it remains to be seen whether Arsenal would entertain a sale in the winter at all.
The Alvarez angle
There is a further wrinkle. If Atletico's interest is genuine, it could hand Arsenal leverage in their long-running pursuit of Julian Alvarez.
The Argentine was linked with a move to north London for much of the summer, but no deal materialised. Alvarez has since explained that he had hoped to explore other options during the window, including a move to Barcelona, and he has been booed and jeered by sections of the Atletico support during La Liga matches this season.
Should that relationship continue to sour, the Spanish side could look to move him on in January — and football.london report that Madueke could potentially form part of a swap arrangement to bring Alvarez to the Emirates.
Arsenal return to Premier League action on Saturday, October 10, hosting Leeds United at the Emirates Stadium in the early kick-off. Arteta's side currently sit three points behind league leaders Manchester City.
With Tzolis sidelined and the January window edging closer, the next few weeks could determine whether Madueke forces his way back into Arteta's plans or becomes a genuine candidate to move on.
