The 22-year-old forward shone brightly despite Ajax’s challenging season, scoring 22 goals and providing 12 assists in 43 appearances across all competitions.

Arsenal and Man United’s Interest for Brobbey

Manchester United are strongly linked with Brobbey, with manager Erik ten Hag eager to reunite with his former player at Old Trafford.

Ten Hag previously coached Brobbey at Ajax and sees him as a valuable addition to the United squad.

However, Arsenal, along with several Italian clubs, are also in the running to sign the talented forward.

Mikel Arteta‘s Arsenal are actively seeking a new striker to serve as an alternative to the injury-prone Gabriel Jesus.

Brobbey presents a more affordable option compared to other targets like Victor Osimhen and Viktor Gyokeres.

The young Dutchman’s impressive goal-scoring record and potential make him an attractive prospect for the Gunners.

In a previous interview with NOS Jeugdjournaal, Brobbey expressed his admiration for the Premier League and specifically mentioned Arsenal, saying, “Arsenal, I think that is a very nice club. If you look at that stadium.”

He added, “A very nice club. But that also applies to Manchester United, Barcelona, and Real Madrid. I have a contract until 2027. At the moment I am just with Ajax.”

Premier League Appeal

Brobbey’s interest in moving to the Premier League aligns with Arsenal’s need for a reliable striker.

His performance in the Eredivisie demonstrates his potential to excel at a higher level, and his admiration for Arsenal could work in the Gunners’ favor.

As the summer transfer window heats up, the competition between Arsenal and Manchester United for Brobbey’s signature will be one to watch.
