According to reports from Radio Capri, Arsenal, along with Chelsea, has withdrawn from the race for Osimhen.

“He reappears every now and then, but the situation is always the same: PSG doesn’t go beyond €70 million and hasn’t sold Kolo Muani yet,” said journalist Ciro Troise.

“While Chelsea and Arsenal have withdrawn.”

The Nigerian international had expressed interest in joining Arsenal, but the club has chosen not to pursue the deal.

Victor Osimhen, who provided Napoli with 15 goals and four assists in Serie A last season, could have been the solution to Arsenal’s struggles in front of goal.

Gabriel Jesus, who managed only four goals in the Premier League, has been unable to provide the consistency Arsenal needed to challenge for the title last season, falling short by just two points.
