A product of Athletic’s renowned youth academy, he debuted for the first team in 2020 and has since become a key player with 122 appearances.
Williams has always aimed to play European football with Athletic, and their fifth-place finish in La Liga last season has secured a spot in the Europa League, where Williams hopes to shine.

Mikel Merino Leaning Towards Arsenal Move
Mikel Merino from Real Sociedad is reportedly close to joining Arsenal.
Although personal terms have been agreed upon, the deal isn’t finalized yet.
